Instructions for Pick-Up
Pick-ups for our vehicle must be done at our store.
Our store is located about a 10~15 minute drive from New Chitose Airport.
If you would like to use our shuttle bus to go from the airport to the store, please contact us after you have arrived to let us know you would like to use our shuttle bus.

Once you have contacted us, we will let you know when the shuttle bus is expected to arrive.
Our shuttle bus is a silver Toyota HiAce Grand Cabin, with the HM Rent-a-Car logo on the front and side of the vehicle.
*Please keep in mind that our shuttle bus is only available from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and only moves from the store to the airport. If you do not contact us within this time, you will have to come to the store directly (i.e. via taxi).*
